Environmental Testing: Climate Tests

Classic Lab offers comprehensive environmental testing services designed to assess the impact of adverse climatic and environmental conditions on products, instruments, and sub-assemblies. The lab is fully equipped with advanced environmental chambers capable of simulating a wide range of conditions in accordance with Indian and international standards such as IS, IEC, JSS, and QM.

Classic Lab conducts environmental tests including:

  • Dry Heat and Damp Heat Tests
  • Cyclic Temperature and Humidity Tests
  • Vibration and Impact Tests
  • Salt Mist and Dust Tests
  • Ingress Protection (IP) Tests (IP1X to IP6X)

These tests are crucial for verifying product performance, reliability, and durability under extreme environmental conditions such as high/low temperatures, varying humidity levels, mechanical shocks, and vibrations. The goal is to replicate real-world scenarios to ensure products can withstand harsh or challenging operating environments.

Currently, Classic Lab conducts environmental testing for a wide range of electrical, electronic, IT, and related products and sub-assemblies. The facility is accredited and recognized for compliance with standards such as IS 9000, IEC 60068, QM 333, JSS 55555, and IEC 61373.

Located in Delhi NCR, Classic Lab is among the few independent and NABL-accredited laboratories offering such a broad scope of environmental testing aligned with both national and international standards.
